I did have an issue with my order, but they seriously went above and beyond to make it right. To me, that says more about a seller than anything.
It can take some time to get a response and the price/shipping charge thing is a bit different … but at the end of the day, you’re still getting a good deal, amazing plants, and the peace of mind that, if something does go wrong, it’ll be taken care of.

Item arrived alivez I did like what the plants were shipped in but the soil was dry and was all over the box. Wish communication was better (I sent a message and got a generic response that didn’t answer my question). It was shipped and delivered much later than originally stated when I first placed my order.
