shipping took 7 days to get here, plants both had shipping stess but the owner responded saving my plan of how to care for it should perk it back up but the very next morning the peacock fern was completely wilted & the pink uchin arrived with semi melted leaves that have since completely disinintigrated. the peacock fern is now dry ike straw & vellow. ive tried messaging the seller multiple times & have gotten no response. I find it interesting that the beginning of the reviews all seem similar, and that there are dozens of of 1 star reviews all stating my same experience. terrible shipping practice, no customer service, & does not respond to messages once something has been identified as wrong. I even asked before they shipped if I could purchase a cold pack to go with it, but was told thev didnt offer that
Pink, cute, and hairy! Such a beautiful little plant arrived healthy. After my purchase I saw you could add on a free cutting with your purchase. Messaged seller and they said they would add a note to my account. No cutting came but the plant is more than perfect!

Seller was extremely helpful via chat. I hadn't seen the special offer for other plants for $.20. I also saw another plant that I wanted to buy but didn't want to pay double shipping. She explained to just let them know the order numbers and they would combine the shipping and refund the shipping charges minus packing materials costs. I ended up buying 3 items and getting 3 additional plants for $.20.

I am in LOOOOVE. I bought a “small” Pink Urchin and there’s nothing small about this cutie. She has 3 big leaves, and 2 growing in; Not at all fazed from the shipping to Texas in late June. Nor the “free” Beg. 85 that’s blooming! I am already picking my next purchases out after receiving such a wonderful first buy.

It’s lost one leaf already and all of the edges are getting crispy and meaty. I literally did everything the seller made clear. Keep in a closed terrarium/terrarium, with a fan at 75-80 degrees and 80% humidity. This plant is still falling apart
Arrived before expected and in as good a shape a delicate begonia like this can being shipped across the country. Excellent packaging (although timely to open lol very thorough and secure). Doing great day 2 in the prop bin for now.

BREATHTAKING!!! This will NOT disappoint! It looks exactly as pictured! The vibrant pink and the spiny leaves are SO beautiful. I've NEVER received a plant so carefully packaged. It came in a small cardboard box with a clear plastic lid and inside the little 2" pot was stuck to the cardboard with double sided tape so the Begonia couldn't shift or move within it's own little humidified 'microclimate'. And it had polyfil packed all around it to really cushion it. They even provided a named stake for it and a pamphlet with care instructions. This is a 'Top Notch' company. it's clear they grow and sell high quality plants. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I purchased more plants already!!!

Item arrived alivez I did like what the plants were shipped in but the soil was dry and was all over the box. Wish communication was better (I sent a message and got a generic response that didn’t answer my question). It was shipped and delivered much later than originally stated when I first placed my order. This one I was most exited about. Glad it arrived safely.

This plant seems to have been sent out perfect. Unfortunately the post office/ driver kept it in the heat. As soon as the box was dropped off at my house I brought it inside. I knew it was going to be bad before I opened the package because I could feel the heat emanating from it. The plant still had a pink color but was soft everywhere. I put it in a "hospital "container right away. It continued to deteriorate through the day and never recovered. I believe the damage happened that day it was to be delivered. I will not order anymore begonia till the temperature becomes more reasonable for life. Arizona is too hot rtn and the way it was shipped impacted the plant. I had received begonia from other sellers and they only had a small amount of shipping stress a few days before. So I thought it would be okay.
No matter what I say, everything Anya sells in begonia is always perfect and beautiful. She always answers questions and always come back to get more. I love her begonias.
