30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery or purchase to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in original condition meaning it must be returned safely.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Live Plant Guarantee
Due to the perishable nature of plants:
- If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or dead, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the plant and packaging for review.
- Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund at Botanicaz’s discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Custom or special orders
- Plants reported after the 72-hour window (unless covered under a separate warranty or agreement)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us to arrange the process.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
