shipping took 7 days to get here, plants both had shipping stess but the owner responded saying my plan of how to care for it should perk it back up but the very next morning the plant was completely wilted & the pink urchin i ordered arrived with semi melted leaves that have since completely disinintigrated. the peacock fern is now dry like straw & yellow. ive tried messaging the seller multiple times & have gotten no response. I find it interesting that the beginning of the reviews all seem similar, and that there are dozens of of 1 star reviews all stating my same experience. terrible shipping practice, no customer service, & does not respond to messages once something has been identified as wrong. I even asked before they shipped if I could purchase a cold pack to go with it, but was told they didnt offer that
